I was at the A&E today for a very bad tension headache, good service rendered throughout. I would like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Ahmad Syahir who attended to me. He was warm, friendly & attentive. His approachable trait made me comfortable. I would say the whole team did a great job, keep up with the good work! ud83dudc4d

Front and internal staff were really helpful!nI was using clutches to move around and the staff I meet everywhere kept asking if I needed wheelchair.nKudos to them for their care ud83dudc4dnnThe only negative experience I had was at the payment counter where the 2 staff there didn't seem like they wanted to help at all.nnOverall, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you!

Nonsense hospital. I would rate 0 if I could. Staff at Visitor registration counter doesn't have the basic knowledge and does not even know what she herself is saying. Asked her a simple question but she can't even answer me.nnAnyways long story short, I was ONLY ABLE to visit my own BLOOD-RELATED grandmother after the NURSE at her ward allowed my entry. Utter atrocious and unbelievable. This is my first time hearing and encountering this type of situation.nnRead again. YOU'RE ONLY ALLOWED TO VISIT YOUR BLOOD-RELATED SICK RELATIVE AFTER AN OUTSIDER PERMITS YOUR ENTRY :)nnCOME AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My friend was at the A&E today on a fall injury around 4pm. Like to commend Dr Stephanie Ho, for an outstanding service, she was sincere, personal, caring n friendly. Overall, the rest of procedures was smooth n staff commendable. Minus one star for the nurse that did t panadol drip for friend, in white uniform, did not get her name, she was impersonal, cold n indifference, pretty rough with the drip needle too; otherwise a pleasant experience.
