Great place to do your workouts!nnPleasant and very friendly staffs. The equipments are well maintained as well. Space is quite limited so understandable that they aren't many machines or equipment available (if you compare them to larger gyms).nnThis gym is just perfect for me, a beginner in the world of gym. The best part of the gym for me is attending the group classes. Trainer is friendly and always ready to correct your form.nnOverall, the gym makes me happy whenever I make a visit! ud83dude0a

Latest gym in the Bedok North/Upper changi area. Please santinize the machine after use and continue to do a small part to keep the place clean and new.

Friendly and helpful staffs . Gym equipment are updated. Only issue is you have to walk one round to the CC's toilet instead of using the back glass door that's opposite the toilet (which was reserved as an emergency exit)nnOverall a great experience for a gym that's just open and I hope they will consider unlocking the back glass door one day
