Amazing bouquet of flower. My wife who is a designer in the luxury industry loved it for the Valentines day!

Ordered the Matilda and they arrived promptly, but they were completely different from what we had selected online :(nn(i.e. color scheme/flowers were completely different from pictured).nnSo note, the photographs on her website aren't representative at ALL of the product you are purchasing.nnAt least offer a heads up about any significant substitutions / vast differences from photograph/photograph descriptions, for the purchaser's agreement before delivery.nnCan't trust this florist for important events / gifts in the future.

I work in the service industry and I know how important it is to hear the customer out. For this reason, I’m changing my rating from one star to 5 stars.nn(My husband got me a bouquet of flowers from Charlotte puxley for our anniversary. He emailed after placing an order to ask for a confirmation of delivery time but there was no reply.nnWhen the flowers arrived, one allium was crushed. He dm-ed her on IG but she didn’t reply. Seeing that she was still posting on IG stories and new posts, I commented on a post with regards to this and asked her to reply asap but we were ignored. Yet she could continue to post on stories time after time.nnThe bouquet of flowers wasn’t cheap at all and the customer service is atrocious. No customer should be ignored. I will never ever buy from this shop again).
