A well executed four star hotel. We booked the room at a steal for 60 SGD and this review will be based on that value. The reception managed to arrange for an accessible room that was easier for my wheelchair bound grandparent to navigate. Necessities were provided for in the room such as bottled water, shower amenities, instant coffee and tea etc. Bed was comfortable and pillows were sufficient. The pool is small but appeared to have good spots to lounge by. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Great World City and right by the river for a comforting walk. Breakfast was satisfactory, we would recommend the western options. The staff at the Four Points Eatery were the highlight of our visit. They were accommodating to our needs and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves dining there!

Great service from all the staff who are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and river view from room is amazing. Food at The Eatery is very delicious especially the local delights and comes in generous portions. The staff at The Eatery are also very hardworking and hospitable. Overall it was a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Decent hotel, rooms clean and comfortable and nice river view. Staff excellent: friendly, helpful and efficient. Quiet location (we stayed during the week) and easy walking along the river for eateries.

Check-in was fast however other areas should improve:nn(1) when checked in at 3pm, all gym slots for the entire stay were fully booked and the next available slot is the next day 1pm (while check out time is usually 12noon).nn(2) missing bedroom slippers in the room, called housekeeping for it and waited 2 hours but it never came. So had to call a second time.nn(3) breakfast is extremely disappointing for a four star hotel standard. Not even looking for a spread, but quality of each ingredient is just poor.

Nice & clean hotel with great breakfast. Service by staff at The Eatery was excellent.nnHowever, room service was terribly disappointing. Our WC was overflowing each time it was flushed. We called at 11pm for housekeeping just to be told that none is available and they will arrange another room in a few minutes for us. We waited till 12am and finally gave up as we were extremely tired.nnNext morning after breakfast, we approach the lobby service ambassador to raise the issue and she promised to investigate and send a service engineer immediately.nnHowever, even after we returned from our morning swim, nothing was rectified and we had to use the toilet at the swimming pool level.nnIt is empty promise after empty promise all the way until we check out and nothing is been done when we left. Good luck to the next hotel guest.
