Stayed there for 4 months this year. The staff looked after me very well, when out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. Including my quarantine period meal option and flexibility was sport on. Highly recommen the place.

Expensive! Rooms, food and drink. But it is Singapore after all. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. Large reception and lobby area with bars. Plenty of transport options and handy for a short visit. Good for the business traveller.

Celebrated our wedding here and it was spectacular! We are so glad that we found Crowne Plaza as our wedding venue - the staff here truly created a magical experience for our special day, and even in the days leading up to and following it.nnFirstly, a huge shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Jesmi! She did an amazing job at accommodating to our requests despite the restrictions relating to the pandemic, and did so cheerfully, sincerely, and gracefully. She and Boon Wee, the banquet manager, worked seamlessly together to ensure that everything went smoothly. Thanks to Boon Wee for bringing comfortable slippers for my wife to change into after the reception - it was so thoughtful of him!nnNext, thank you to all the staff for their attentive and meticulous service. The assistance they rendered during the tea ceremony and banquet was impeccable. Special mention to the gentleman who first brought us into the room and also brought us a complimentary mini food platter and chocolate cake while we were preparing before the banquet.nnLastly, the suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely be back. ud83dude04

This is effectively a motel, not a hotel. Both rooms that I was offered open directly to the outdoors- through a thicker than normal door. You must walk outside in the heat and humidity to get to your room. (And some of the rooms require a long walk) What was the architect thinking??? The first room that I was offered had so much aircraft noise comming through the door, that I had to move. The second was better but still noisy- even though I specifically asked for a room that did not open to the outside. Also, no user adjustments on the TV mean that the screen was too bright. Nice rooms, if you don't actually need to sleep.... I have no idea how it gets so many positive ratings. Style over substance?
