The counter lady is in zombie mode, poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism. Can't communicate properly. After reaching my lane which was at the far end, the lane wasn't even in service, I had to walk all the way back to inform her to make it active. She seems depressed to work here, perhaps the management can hire someone who is more lively and enthusiastic to work in this decent bowling centre.

fun for the kids especially with the dragon ramp but the system is a little old, keeps restarting on its own at times.
