Nice shop carrying higher end bikes. The owner/staff was very patient explaining the differences between hybrid bikes (what I was looking for but they have no stock for) and road bikes despite me making clear they are beyond my budget. Looking forward to the restocking of their Bianchi hybrid bikes!

Pleasant customer experience with BYX and the Shop is a one-stop service where you can find most of the things you required there. An unique retail experience, as they have very friendly staff like Adrian and Jacky which were extremely attentive during my time in the store. I bought my first road bike Wilier from BYX. Explain to Jacky that this is my first road bicycle and he assists me to get into my bicycle for a fitting and taught me some cycling tips. Where for Adrian, has guided me thru the purchases of accessories for my bicycle and explain the practicality of it, and covering the most important part of how to clean and maintain the bicycle. I was impressed by the knowledge and experience shared with me. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to BYX.

The staff successfully made me leave my first Google Review. Very snobbish staff who will first gauge your affordability and then decide what attitude they will talk to you in and think that they are smart. If you change your attitude when you think the customer is not rich, you are not that smart actually. I felt completely looked down on. I don't care what bikes you sell. There are plenty of shops out there that have good bikes and good service with at least basic customer service skills. Very bad experience. Even though I could afford a 10k bike, I wouldn't even buy a single bell from them.

A few weeks ago went to Byx store in the afternoon to buy a screw for my loose bottle cage. Wanna buy it but the owner told me never mind you can have it for free. Very friendly owner, passionate about bicycle, really wish a good business for him. Hopefully one day I can buy an italian bike and if I do, I will definitely buy from your shop. ud83dude0a

I was very impressed with their bicycle work. They repaired my bicycle in a jiffy knowing exactly what was wrong. Superb!
