The par excellence of the H6L was matched pound for pound by Alexander's customer service, attention to detail and post purchase follow-up. On the day of my appointment, he patiently walked me through all aspects of the bike, including letting me have a recorded demo of unfolding and folding the bike. He was extremely patient with all my queries. His mastery of the product was simply remarkable and I immediately knew why waiting to buy the bike was worthwhile.nnPost purchase, Alex took it upon himself to check on how the bike was, as I needed an extended seatpost which the store didn't have in stock. He provided me recommendations on where I could pick that up and told me what were fair prices for the same given what resellers were expecting.nnOverall, this has been the best customer experience I have had in buying anything. Hence its befitting that this long post is the first for me. Not only have I finally got a bike that is a dream to ride, I also made a friend who is genuinely a star! Thanks Brompton team!

Great customer service from Karen when I visited during on a weekday lunchtime. She's friendly and patiently took the effort to explain the differences in bike models, and how to operate the 6 speed gears. Although the store isn't able to take anymore orders until 2022 (!!!), we are allowed to test ride the bikes.

Collected a M-bar Brompton bike 2 days ago, staff was very friendly and helpful, and taught us patiently how to fold and unfold the bike, and even shared with us other locations to buy accessories. Payment and collection was very smooth!nnOur first visit was equally enjoyable as the staff were very knowledgeable and helped my family to choose the most suitable bikes and colours.

Wonderful team of passionate staff! Purchased a rack the in-house mechanic had my M6L fitted and ready for collection by the next day with the old mud guard and parts nicely packed aside for me.
