Great experience each time I walk in. Very knowledgeable staff. And helpful too.nI went in to get the gears checked on my Cannondale and they were very helpful to do a quick bike scan and make recommendations. Also they highlighted urgent items rather than take me for a ride. Thank I have also bought other accessories from them - shoes, helmet etc and sound advice.nnI do see some comments on staff attitude - but one needs to go in there at the right time. Every establishment is running with limited people. especially knowledgeable staff. If they are busy I usually return later and try again.

Went there for minor assistance to fix brakes alignment, Azman took time out to help and fixed in within 5 mins. Wanted to then do servicing but he and mechanic advised didn't need to.nnAbsolutely wonderful experience, helpful, and professional staff. Highly recommended.

Hi all,nnI took up cycling around July 2020 during the Covid-19 periods and bought an awesome bike Trek Madone SLR.nnI love the color design and its performance and have been enjoying it every day.nnOther positive points, the staff's support (Dan, David, and Lawrence) at East Cost showroom are fantastic.nnTheir knowledge of the bike products is great, able to give wise advice before any purchase.nnBeing a novice rider, they are patient in explaining any inquiries I have.nnAlso, they give me peace of mind when coming to bike maintenance and repair; whether it is a big or small problem, they can resolve the issue.nnOn the downside, I feel the range of road shoes are limited; the models and sizes.nHope Trek will bring in more new models.nnOverall, I am grateful to the East Coast team for their friendly services and support.nnKeep up the good work and stay safe and healthy.nnAndy Chan

First, I was struggling with a new bike (not a brand they carry) that a friend had purchased and I could not figure out the derailleur issue - so brought it to them. David looked at it and fixed it on the spot; and included some basic checks - brakes, tires, peddles - did all the needful - for a very modest and reasonable fee.nnI also bought a Trek Marlin 3500 from them over 6 years ago and I bought it to them for checks as it was not riding well (my bad for not doing the consistent maintenance). David took the bike in passed lunch hour and all my issues resolved and my beloved bike was ready to check out and ready for the roads again by 6:30pm! Super efficient service!nnIt would have been easier to sell me a new bike but instead I have a bike as good as it can be with a friendly fun reprimand from David on how I have to maintain it so I can continue to have good enjoyable rides.nnWill definitely patronise them again.
