Quite run down as others have said and be willing to request new pillow cases, sheets etc as ours showed some mould on arrival. However, it really is beautiful, the setting, quiet private beach and grounds are enchanting and the service is fast, friendly and attentive.nnFood options are all pricey but kids club and massages seem more than reasonable. I think you can have a great experience here but be willing to wink at chipped paint, bared wires in the wall, old bathroom fittings and the like and think 4 star service while taking 'recently rennovated' with a large pinch of salt.

Ageing but still quaint and private. Nice beach, very clean and gently sloping that is safe for kids. Waves can get strong during the monsoon.
