This place was so incredible! I went to Cassia Bintan and get access to Angsana Bintan also!nThe beach was not clean enough, but the view was good to see.

Great location. The water was beautiful and warm. The reception was pleasant. All of the employees were friendly. The mixed drinks could have been a little stronger but other wise a great place to visit.

Excellent resort, with very friendly staff. The swimming pools and the private beach are simply amazing for the price. Perfect place to relax. Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of variety and good quality. I also enjoyed the ping pong table.

We have been at this hotel for a week. In general, we liked everything. Just say that the hotel has a beautiful white sand beach, but it is located nowhere. There is nothing nearby, for anything you have to make a taxi ride of at least 15 minutesnnThe meals are very expensive and the quantity is very small. It is the first time I have lost weight on a vacation. The quality is good and the service is slow.nnEvery day we had to fight for a hammock on the beach because there was an employee who took our things from the hammocks to offer them to his clients at the hotel next door, probably for a tip

After spending that much money for a weekend on such a beautiful beach, we should be leaving the resort feeling happy, relaxed, and wanting to come back again soon. But quite the opposite...nnWe booked a family room for 6 of us (family of four plus grandparents) to spend two days together for our son's birthday. When we checked in, the staff informed us of our dining options, including which ones they can make reservations for. But they didn't tell us that the two main restaurants were closed for the weekend for weddings. Nor did they tell us about the free shuttle to the nearby Plaza Lagoi for outside dining options when we called the front desk to see what options we had for nearby dining, since there is really nothing else except ridiculously overpriced and limited menus at the resort.nnWe were also misinformed about the departure of our return shuttle to the ferry three times (even after calling back the front desk to reconfirm), giving us no time to grab quick lunch before our departure, since the kitchens on the resort do not open until 11:30, and there is nothing at the port. Hence, we had to travel back with two little hungry kids nibbling on potato chips.nnIt is surprising that a 4-star resort should let these things happen. They were simple management issues that are easily preventable.
