Really good. Fast and friendly. I would use him again and also recommend him to friends and family. Worth the cost. He said he would be there in 10 minutes but he turned up in 5!.

Very friendly service with courtesy, thumbs up for Adam and Luke also not forgetting helpful young lady on the shop.

Front Door was completely jammed. These guys came out within a couple of hours, took a few minutes to fix and only charged a small call out fee. Would highly recommend. Professional and a really nice company to deal with.

I am blown away by the service received this morning from Luke at B-Hatts. I accidentally locked my car keys - along with my 18 month old daughter - inside of the car and after a short panic googled for the nearest lock smith. B-Hatts were top of the list and have previously also been to my house (rented) to sort some locks out so I knew I could trust them. After hearing how much of an emergency it was, Luke came out within half an hour and had my car unlocked within 30 seconds of getting out the van. Thank you so so much Luke, i will be eternally grateful!
