The worst Prodia I've ever visited.nMay be for old people who already know the system has no problem. But for first-time visitors, there are a few drawbacks.n1. No staff who say hellon2. Nobody asked what the purpose of coming to Prodia was, so no one would guide itn3. Everything was done by yourself, and when the queue number passed, I realized that we actually had to give the number to the officer there (incident 27 Nov 2020)n4. When we ask politely, where do I actually have to put my number, it is immediately taken from our hands and placed in the box next to the staff. WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING

Worst Prodia. Even though it wasn't very crowded. There are two counters but only one is used. Not to mention mba mbanya about this. Wait an hour plus just for administrative matters only for rapid. Even though the lab sampling the lg rapid test was empty. Very good, sista !! Better to try Kimi Farma or Islamic hospital. Really !!

Rapid covid test is getting easier. The best service and all the staff are very friendly.
