Craig came out late in the afternoon to fix a door that wouldn't lock. He got it secured for the night, made several suggestions on cost effective ways to fix the problem, and made the appt to come back and do the work. Good job A Locksmith! Highly recommend them.

Our lock broke on our back door, googled locksmiths, read the great reviews, & decided on “A” Locksmiths.nA very nice, congenial gentleman, whose name was Jack, greeted us, we showed him the back door, and the very complex problem he was facing with our lock, which had broken off inside the door.nHe had a very difficult time gettting the door free to open, BUT DID NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!nWas able to work door free, and installed new knob & lock.nThank you Jack, for your hard work & professional manner!nJack & “A” Locksmith are A-1!!! I recently purchased a winter home in Naples and wanted to install a Smart Lock to facilitate remote keyless entry to improve security and facilitate entry to my home while I was out of state. My tech Jack was very knowledgeable about my Schlage Encode lock and he gave it a ringing endorsement which instilled a lot of confidence in my product choice. He installed the lock very quickly, and stepped me through the process of setting up the App which was extremely helpful! He also installed a new handle, adjusted the deadbolt, and cut some extra override keys for me. Great job and great service....would highly recommend.

Great customer service and affordable price. Jack came out to a client's home and fixed and replaced the keys for 3 locks. He was very thorough and conscientious. Would highly recommend!
