I have used a dozen different locksmith companies over a 20 year career managing large entertainment venues, but for the past three years I have used Able and don't see changing that anytime soon. They are amazing from top to bottom. Their rates are unbeatable, their service is top notch, and their professionalism is above and beyond. They are one of the few vendors who I just do not worry about when I call them in. I KNOW when I get my bill that the work was done to the highest standards and the price was more than fair. Their communication is superb; if there ever is an unforeseen issue or expense, they let me know about it right away, explain it clearly, and give me options. Thanks to the entire team at Able and keep up the great work!!!

These guys are awesome! Im a delivery driver and was on my way out to deliver food. I placed the food in my car and accidently left my key on the seat. As I was going back inside for a forgotten drink, I realized what I did, turned around, and the car locks itself. I call Able Lock smith and Chris was at my job within 20 minutes of me calling and had my door opened in seconds. The response time was incredible! If you are in the Frederick area and in need a locksmith with quick response time, these are your guys. They will be the first people I call if this happens again. Thanks guys.

Hold onto your hats cause this takes a little explaining. My wife and I had a WEEKEND, two deaths in the family and a cancer diagnosis of a third. We go to take our dog out on a walk and our key breaks off in the lock while leaving. we’re locked outside. it’s sunday. the office won’t be open til morning and our dogs medicine was inside and we were in pajamas. aka...the last straw and the last thing we needed...After calling around to ZERO help from other locksmiths...Shon answered and was not only reassuring but also assured us he would be there shortly. He showed up fast and instantly diagnosed what the problem was (long story short it was far more intricate than anticipated yet not a problem for shon!). he ran to his truck and worked some sort of magic, while his amazing wife kept us laughing and high spirited. Eventually the lock worked better than ever, we parted ways and i’ll say this...i’ll never trust in another company for my locksmith needs. it truly felt like family and the work was beyond top notch. Thanks again to y’all!
