The crew at Dial is the best! I started coming to them because of work and now bring all my personal jobs to them too. They're super knowledgeable and honest. Will go out of their way to help you, and if they can't, they'll provide info on someone who can. But seriously, they can do everything and you'll never feel taken advantage of.

No line, quick service, satisfied with product. No idle chitchat, was informative and answered my questions sufficiently, asked me relevant questions I hadn't thought of. Noticed the communication between staff was quick and efficient, they wasted not even a second with all tasks in my presence, and that was answering calls, relaying info, making follow up calls, and immediately directed his attention to the customer entering as I was leaving. Will be my go to.

Went to Dial for the 1st time today to get a couple of keys cut for my truck after the last 2 I got cut else where did not work. Dial got the job done with out a bobble highly recommend and will go back to them in the future for any future needs thank you very much for getting it right the 1st time!!!

This place doesn't convince you as a big business place but it's what's on the inside that really matters. And matters does it. The service is amazing. Quick and you will be satisfied every time...
