Friendly and helpful staff. True to Indonesian culture and hospitality. If you need to get visa etc that requires payment, bring your USD as it’s the only form of currency accepted here. They DO NOT accept BAHT or do currency exchange. The nearest money changer or bank is a good 20 minutes walk away. Come prepare with your greens.

Quick service and punctual. The staff are capable to communicate in English, Thai, and Indonesian.

Not so friendly staff when answering the phone call, after so many time callings, finally someone answer it. Maybe she's (the staff) are busy polishing nails as being said by my Thais relative.

I call embassy, and staff said hello sawadihka, and I said can u speak bahasa and after this staff just rejected. Very very bad I'm from Indonesia.

Came here twice and was shocked by the poor attitude and service they provided me with. The visa section service was brilliant and very kind in assisting me but the consular section was def lack in knowledge. Each time they tell me “we don’t do that here”. I have a business visa in Bangkok and I’m supposed to be able to seek help for whatever it is from Indonesia embassy!
