HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED INSURANCE. WILL TRY TO AVOID MAKING YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS EASY. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED, BUT OWN PROFIT ORIENTED.nnFor those thinking of taking personal CIGNA insurance in Indonesia, I would highly recommend AGAINST this. The telemarketing and the products offered are sometimes very and inconsistent. Also, a lot of things are not covered by the insurance and if it is they would rather find reasons to not, in my opinion. I regret taking this insurance and would recommend other out there looking to find insurance to NOT take this. They don't help you, but make it more complex. I did subscribe but regret it.nnUpdate: poor, unsympathetic, unprofessional and clueless customer service. Useless insurance. Will at any cost try and make it hard for you to claim anything. IDK how you guys get my number, but I don't care you guys just annoying so much. Your telemarketer keep calling me every single day every hour. I keep blocking every number you have to call me but they still could call me. Stop terroring us!

the caller was not professional. they called the wrong person and just end the call without saying sorry.

Please delete me from your database, I have politely said NO and keep being called EVERYDAY. If this still happens, I might report your telemarketing activities to the authorities.
