Love how big and complete the standard room are, love the views, love the staffs who are super friendly no matter how I look. We stayed there the same time with the guest of the country, yet the staffs still treat us nicely and gave the best service, no discrimination at all. I really appreciate that.nThere were vast options of meals at the restaurant and I like them all, they manage to deliver local cuisine in high quality which is I rarely found in another 5-star hotels.nI wish I can take my family there next time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and have dinner at the on five terrace again, what an experience.

Spacious and comfortable room for sure. Its facilities and amenities are truly a handful compliment, including the minibar, a working space, and an enjoyable bathtub.nnThere's no doubt with the breakfast's buffet experience, there are so many tasty food and drink options. However, imho the lunch and dinner set menus are not that special.nnOne of the outstanding facilities are their beautiful swimming pool. Overall, the interior designs are wonderful as well.

Greatest hotel at downtown...easy for check-in and check-out.. helpful and warmest staff's... spacious rooms with complete facilities. Comfortable. Clean.nEnjoy and happy to be able to stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Thank you.

what a nice experience to stay in this hotel, good food and the service is good too. i love the concept of the room. the pool is good too especially at night
