Metro Park Residence

Great retail at the lobby and basement area but very bad place to stay due to floods+tomcats+BAD CS

I lived here for 3 years. Only here the female security guards are disrespectful and blaming.nnEspecialy the name is EV*. Sorry for mention the initial name but her attitude as a part of staff really bad for many times. Several times I asked for her help, but his attitude was not good, blaming and far from the standard of services.nnI think the management should know how to act if many residents complain about it. Moreover, a security officer who sells services must have a good spirit of services to all client.

Nice location with an annual waterfront attraction. Insufficient parking lot for motorbike and guests car. Low quality construction material.

(+) nice place to stayn(+) comfortable, cozy, and clean Apartementn(+) Lacation at downtown of West Jakarta, benefit for work at west, south and central Jakarta.n(+) Safety Apartement and nice securityn(-) when I was rent this Apartement at 2019 car parking not really difficult to get, but now in 2020 Car parking might be hard, because this apartment has 2 towers but only has LG,B1,and B2 for parking, B1 & B2 only for member of this Apartement and already full. Because of that Sometimes I park outside the aprtement.n(-) so many tomcats, termite and bugs in their unitn(-) taking packages at CS that is quite long and complicated (you might be patient)

This place is a nice place to rent, it has a very nice pool and good gym, and importantly the facilities are clean. But they have tomcat bugs on their unit, and you might run into AC problem. Overall this is a good apartment but it can be improved.
