Responsive hospitality, but unfortunately not followed by useful solution for customers needs. It's bureucracy and data quality is sickening.

3 times coming to this place to close my indosat number, and no use. The customer service confuse what to do, as until the 3rd time, my number still not closed.nMaybe this Indosat way to cheat their customer by giving high hope but empty service to their customers.

Bunch of staffs with no backbone! Extremely unfriendly and incompetent in customer services. Overall, experience with Indosat is disappointing!
