Unfortunately when I want to take the passport, they said the server down/error/whatever so it will take a month to finish. Why didn't you tell me before I came back to your place?nI am not staying in Jambi, I need my passport, it is wasting my time here. it is really unprofessional.

some employees of Jambi immigration do not respect others' time. They even try clothing in front of the people who want to finish the passport registration while they're working and make the people wait for them. they use office time for their personal interests that is not even appropriate in front of the people.nthe immigration office should fire those people who are not responsible to their job.nTHEY ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!nnBesides, they refuse to take people's birth certificate and stop the passport registration without any reason. Akta Kelahiran, Ijazah Akhir, Surat/buku Nikah.nnthese three things are the main requirements for passport registration.nnpeople complete all the requirements that they want. but, in the last minute, the employees refuse to complete the registration due to they don't have recommendation letter from the office or Sponsor letter. THIS IS NOT RIGHT !!!nthey made up the requirements in the last minutes and get people in trouble. this is serious thing that they do without knowing the regulations that the government made about Passport registration.nnthe recommendation letter is needed if the people are not Jambi citizen, it's only needed if they are from other regions and work or do business in Jambi.nand people do not need to submit Support letter, because it's the requirement for VISA !!! NOT PASSPORT REGISTRATION !!!nnthe EMPLOYEES LIKE TO GET PEOPLE IN TROUBLE AND REFUSE PEOPLE'S DOCUMENTS WITHOUT SHOWING WHICH REGULATION AND REQUIREMENTS THAT THE GOVERNMENT MADE TO SAY THOSE ARE NOT THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS TO MAKE PASSPORT!!!nnTHEY ARE AMATEUR ! AND NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY DO !nTHEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, NOT RESPECT TO THE OTHERS. THEY THINK THAT THEY KNOW EVERYTHING WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THEY NEED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE REGULATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR PASSPORT REGISTRATION!
