Jambi Regional Development Bank.nnIn the context of perfecting this institution through the notary deed Habropoerwanto No.70 dated October 12, 1959, changes were made as needed and were endorsed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. J.A / 5/115/6 dated November 6, 1969 and published in the additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 110,104 December 29, 1959.nnThrough Regional Regulation I Level 3, Jambi 1963 with the approval of the Minister of Home Affairs No. Dec.9 / 32 / 127-164 dated September 25, 1964 PT. The Jambi Regional Development Bank became the Jambi Regional Development Bank.nnJambi BPD was established with a view to supporting and encouraging regional development and developing regional economic growth in order to enhance the people's standard of living.nnIn carrying out its functions the Jambi BPD acts as a Development Bank, Commercial Bank, Regional Cash Holder and is a source of regional income.nnIn accordance with Regulation of Level I Region Jambi No. 13 of 1992, the authorized capital of the BPD Jambi in the amount of Rp 10 billion, at the end of 1998 was fulfilled. Because the authorized capital has been fulfilled, a partial amendment was made to Regional Regulation No.13 / 1992, namely Regional Regulation No.5 / 1999 concerning the First Amendment to the Jambi First Level Regional Regulation concerning the Jambi Regional Development Bank.nnAmendment to Regional Regulation No.5 of 1999 only in the paragraph of the authorized capital of BPD Jambi, which was originally Rp. 10 billion, has changed to Rp. 50 billion and shares of each Regional Government.nnIn accordance with the results of BPD Jambi Diligance Due in category A. Bank Indonesia through letter No.31 / 9 / UpwB / AdWB1 / Jb / Secrets dated 21 January 1999, so that BPD Jambi do not need to follow the program of recapitalization.
