This place is a scam. Indosat in general. I received an sms instructed me to change my SIM Card because for some reason its expired.nnWhen I handed the case to the Indosat customer service on this place (Mega) she told me --- in order to be able obtain a new SIM card I need to subscribe for 6 months Prime look HD cost me 510.000 IDR, paid in advance. No other option available. I have to take that option or else I lost my number that I've owned since more than 10 years.nnOnly after I paid fully she told me that, the new SIM Card will be only activated 3 x 24 hours, which is now already 3 x 24 hours and nothing happen. On the digital and online era, on a big corporation such Indosat, yes this is whats happening.nnLong disappointment review short. Never ever choose Indosat as your provider. They're not customer oriented corporation.

Always less crowded compare to the one in metropolitan mall. Today just wait for 10 min to get service. Need more signage, eg opening hour, queue card location, and how many people could wait inside.

Nice staff, comfortable place, nice waiting room even a little bit too smallud83dude0a but still can wait there.
