The food and chef are still the bestnYet the quality of services were quite poor especially for the front office or receptionists. They were not friendly.nThe housekeeping service, waiters, and securities were excellent

The good: The staffs were very polite.nThe bad: It took more than three hours to resolve an issue with our bathtub (there was no plug)nIt’s connected to a big shopping mall so it’s easy to find food and entertainment. Parking space is limited since it’s a joint space with the mall, especially when there’s an event (wedding etc).

Not bad. Fitting for the family. Swimming pools and gym available from 3-6pm. Room service is available until 11pm. Was a bit disappointed when I heard that the alcoholic beverages are out of stock but they do have them on their menu.nnI came here with my kids during weekdays and it was nice, peaceful and quiet.nnIf you want a good deal on your stay, log in to Traveloka or PegiPegi, same way I did. I got my room at a discounted rate.nnThe hotel is also side by side with Metropolitan Mall of Bekasi. So, it was super convenient to do errands or buying items that I needed in my room.nnHope you have a pleasant stay too!!
