The building design from what I've read is based on an international standard which I found to be true as the running track was covered with rubbery water-absorbing porous carpet. It makes jogging and running activity more comfortable and not slippery during light raining as the water magically disappear under the carpet and keep the track dry. Unfortunately some people seem to have not known yet about the unwritten rule of track number 1-8 which no. 7-8 is aimed for walking pace while the rest is for running. So I keep changing track when running to avoid people walking, not to mention when it's fully packed in the weekend makes it much harder to run on stable speed

If you are looking for place to exercise or doing sport activities you can come here, it's open everyday but has different operational hours in weekdays and weekend. And the best of it because it's located in the city.
