Just like VM said before, the female customer service is NOT friendly. (The other customer services are OK).nI sent a bouquet for my friend's graduation, and she read the greetings card (that's a privacy!) while talking to her co-worker. Even when I asked her about the queue number she ignored me. She is worse than the parking guy, he is much friendlier than her. Please fix this.
