Teramat sangat buruk. Berbulan2 tidak pernah bisa dapat antrian CS sekali pun sdh datang jam 7 pagi. Giliran ke teller ga bisa juga ambil uang sendiri pdhal lengkap bawa buku tab ktp dan atm yg trouble krn sistem mereka, hingga tak bisa ambil uang di atm.nTidak ada solusi sama sekali untuk nasabah. Sekali pun itu nasabah prioritas.

And when at 08.30 the distribution of the queue numbers that arrive in the morning get the initial queue number and so on. Instead of fighting over each other to get the initial queue. CS service is also time consuming. From 9 to 11 a.m., they were summoned to the CS department until number 9, even though the CS was more than 1. The BNI KCP Ungaran should improve even more in terms of service, especially during a pandemic like this. The longer the service, the more accumulation of customers both outside and inside
