Big rooms and clean homestay, and also its a cheap homestay for location near alot of places in Batu city. Great Location , footsteps away from Musium angkut. Spacious Room , No Sound Isolation ,u can hear others from other room echoing thru, they provide Boxed Breakfast (nasi campur) (nasi Goreng) and Hot tea.

I stayed here for 5 days, the reason I choose this hotel was bcos it was the only hotel who had available rooms for my date. I was lated to book other hotel with my budget bellow 600ribu.nThe 2nd reason was bcos it was close to museum angkut, 5-10 minutes walking distance. And bcos I thought this place surrounding with the restaurant ( food place ) which is none of restaurant around.nThe outside appearance of this guesthouse I can say ok. Nice looking.nBut when you enter the room, I can say it's really fatatic, no maintenance, bed sheets looks so dirty ( I hope they changed every time guest check out ).nToilet floor, trash bin and closet for pupu sooo dirty. And I paid around 300ribu something that time. I have no idea if it is normal condition for room with that price.nBreakfast they distribute to each room every morning around 06.30, they knocked the door loudly. Breakfast has no choices, only fried rice with sunny side eeg & very sweet tea, next-day will be mixed rice.nThey will clean the room only if you ask and give the key to them.nAnd becareful with water, bcos one day around 4am my son got stomach problem n need come to toilet and when flush no water until 7am. They were run out water and need to wait for water car supply to refill.
