Pleasant experience during our stay 3D/2N here with a lot of activities offered to kill the time.nRoom is cleaned and sanitized properly with recommended procedure.nnFoods and Beverages are excellent and Randy with his hospitality, made our stay more enjoyable.nnFor sure will be back soon.

Stayed here for a night to enjoy the serene view and was expecting a relaxing short stay after a long road trip from Jakarta. The view was indeed amazing, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Our impression of this place was very positive until it's time to rest at night. We didn't plan to do the sunrise tour as we had seen it before multiple times. So what happened was from 2am the hotel was so noisy with people getting ready and we realized that the room is not soundproof at all. You can hear every conversation, every child screaming and every slammed door.nnSo here's a thought, for an exclusive hotel such as Plataran, the hotel doesn't seem care for the needs of its visitors who just wanted a good night sleep. Not everyone wants to do the sunrise tour and needs a good rest. But the staffs just didn't care when we complained about the noise which lasted until 3.30am. The least you can do as a hotel is to advise your visitors to be mindful of their noise especially because your hotel is not soundproof at all.nnWe regretted our stay and regretted recommending this place to our friends, families and colleagues after being so impressed with our tour inside the hotel and their foods were quite good too. Will definitely not come back and thank God we're only staying for 1 night. And yes, I'm writing this wide awake in my room after being awaken by all the noises and hoping that no other visitor shall suffer the same way that I do.

The front office manager is non commercial, he does not care of his clients, he missed booking and he is lying... His value is one. Out of the hot water who was mild only the rest was pretty good especially the service staff including the chef.

Great staying experience. I love the atmosphere and ambience. Such a beautiful place to spend your day off relaxing with nature.

Great hospitality. Really a nice place to enjoy life. Cool Victorian Greenhouse. Many stairs, good for exercise.
