Absolutely amazing view! Worth going through cold and darkness. We were driving by bikes from Malang.nnAlso saw beautiful landscapes on the way. At night - sparkling city view and stars, during the day - hills used as a fields for growing veggies etcnnThere were few people as it was rainy season

Hoards of tourists, jeeps and bikes. Be prepared to share your space with many others if you are going for sunrise. No need to go all the way to the top antenna (there's more jeeps/tourists up there), the view from King Kong or even the first sunrise point is just as good if not better (actually the best is at the lowest point in my opinion, way less crowded and you're more at eye level and closer to Bromo).

Fantastic view across the entire caldera.nThe best lighting conditions for stunning photos is about an hour after sunset.nIn order to get here follow the small path leading up the mountain just to the right of the Seruni View Point.
