Bromo Solution Tour & Transport

Agency is great and helpful. However the tour guide they assigned is quite unhelpful. Not only that he is not as informative as other tour guides that I have used, there is no initiative to share information with you. You want to know, ask. Otherwise he will be minding his own business or sleep in the car. I have to share his name out because he acted extremely unprofessional. I had an agreement with the tour agency to visit night market on the last day. We did not specify which night market but night market in Surabaya. But when I mentioned to him that I want to go to the night market at Kodam, he was unhappy and told me he is asked to take us to the one nearby airport. It does make sense as it is almost 15min to 10pm and the night market itself closes at 10pm. Though he spoke in his native language, I can clearly identify that he was complaining to the driver. Till to the point where the driver contacted Davi and Davi spoke to me, the tour guide only became less agitated and stop his complaints to the driver. Even though in the end we were being brought to the night market that we intended to go, but it has completely ruined our mood and there is just no way I am crediting the tour guide with such attitude. We feel that the tour guide is arrogant, perhaps because we choose to dine at inexpensive places hence being judge, just my guessing. Whether or not there is misunderstanding, there should be a proper way of handling situation like this since he claimed that he has been a tour guide for the past 30 years. It is really unbelievable a tour guide with 30 years of experience can behave like this. Last but not least, I still highly recommend the agency, but not the tour guide with the name Uddin.

Me and my friend agree to take them and we never regret any single thing. Nothing at all. We had Fendi and Ayik for the whole Bromo/Ijen tour that we did. They really make our trip a very eventful one. Helpful, funny, really understanding and alot more that I couldn't express it with words. Not forgetting, Davi, which my friend liase with him. Prompt replies too. The Ijen guide that Fendi and Ayik chooses for us is also exceptionally good. His name is Eko. These 4 are the ones that will make your trip unforgettable one. There's so much I can tell but choose them as your tour guide to know how good they are.
