I had a stay for a week there such a nice staff clean and neat Rooms.Rooms service is also very good. Location is too perfect .

The location is close to University of Tanjungpura. Many cafés in walking distance. The room is clean & convenient with affordable price. But many smokers in the veranda & the smell enters the room. The hotel management needs to make a better solution for the smokers. For example, they can only smoke at a certain level & not mingle with the non-smokers.

Limited parking. 2x moved rooms because the hot water was broken. Smelly pillowcases. Friendly enough service.
