Absolutly the best kost/homestay in town. The rooms are mega confortable and the view is just great. Enjoy the brise on the second floor terrasse with the outdoor kitchen (stunning place) or up in the 3th floor with the swiss concept. Just amazing!nThis place is worth his price, fridge, rice cooker, cable tv, ac, watergalon, snacks and many more extras are provided ud83dude0d.nIf you are looking for a cozy home (longstay and short term), rooftop kost is the place you should stay! I will come back for sure. Thank you for everything.

This is the most fun boarding house in Pontianak. Besides being strategic, you can walk anywhere, safe. Free wifi, makes you really feel at home because you have a complete kitchen, you already have your own rice cooker and gallons in the room, just bring your clothes. Instagramable hangout, and most importantly super clean! Service is also friendly and not complicated. But unfortunately the rooms are limited so they fill up quickly. Hopefully the rooftop can add more rooms in the future.

Can be weekly and monthly too. The atmosphere is calm not noisy, there is a hangout place. The kitchen is on each floor so it's not a fight. Very clean again ud83dude0d. There is parking for motorbikes and cars too. Refrigerator, rice cooker, gallon, all provided. There is free wifi, tv also cable tv mantaaab. The room is lovely
