My experience was taking the family suite, arriving at Cempaka the receptionist was not on the 2nd floor, only 1 person was also in charge of the room boy too. Check in. The computer is broken so you have to see our cellphone, the room on the 2nd floor but the lift is broken so you have to go up the stairs while carrying a suitcase etc., enter the AC room which is in the middle just the wind is not cold at all, after a few hours there is a pool of water in the room coming out of the floor , I wiped it twice and kept out the water until the floor was flooded the next day ... immediately cleaned up and checked out. The point is the facilities are not maintained, that's my experience.
