I didn't received the item but on the tracking page it said that my parcel can be collected at Kem penrissen PO. does that mean they already send my parcel to my house? Because i didn't see any poslaju van come to my house since yesterday. Cant even get in to the kem penrissen because of the tighten security measures and those guards will not easily let outsider get into the kem even tho your reason is going to collect your item at the poslaju office. Very disappointed.

The bald x brat service is beautiful .... lazy to do the job well ....... rude remark to the custemer ..... malaysia post office to take appropriate action to the staff
