Every other post office update item in a short time. But why POS LAJU SERIAN soooooooooooo slow in updating item???? Lazy??? I recognize the pattern. Every item will be held for 3 or more days until they update it can be collected. Why??? One of the worst post offices. Who are in charge here? Have you monitored your staff??? What a shame.

waiting for my parcel almost 1 month (before the MCO was announced). still no update, no call nor email.! service was too slow! how many working days did you need to delivery my parcel? due to your notification from the track and trace id.
