20200830: Not bad not bad. My first time here is good. If, if I may, compared to MBO, their standard popcorn is mehs. My sjora drink is out of stock - the database from app is not synced with the cinema itself. Toilet? Super clean. May be because of MCO. Audio ok, video ok, aircond ok. Will try to go MBO for comparison again.

The audio quality was decent but the video quality wasn't up to the mark. And they showed at least 5 min of advertisement before even starting the movie. I don't understand why you will play advertisement of smartphones and vacuum cleaner on a movie theater which charges 17rm. If it was free then I would be happy to watch as many ads you want to show but after paying 17rm why on earth I will pay to watch advertisement. Very bad business strategy you guys deserve negative rating.

May be the best screen in Kuching. The only reason I like Vivacity mall is for this TGV screens. may be the bigger screens in Kuching and good acoustics. The popcorn or drinks are damn expensive, two to four times higher than others.
