First of all, sorry for my over-reacting review. This place is good in term of price and space of the room. The bad things, the songs still old which is not uptodate. And the system which is while you singing and it’s like a stuck for a while. And the mic, already change the battery but still lowbat.

amazing sound but the price is sometimes confusing. I have been here for couple times because the price for one person to enter is rm22 for one hour. and plus, I get one hour free because it's their promotion. so the total is two hour, for one person (rm22). recently I went there again but then this time the cashier was a girl, she stated that the price of one person is rm36. it's like i am paying for a two hour duration in the kbox. i just want for one hour and not two hour. this service is so bad. another thing that is quite unsatisfying is the attitude of some of the staff. some of them went enter the kbox room without permission and ended up asking for phone number of my girlfriend. it's quite rude. please improve the service. take control the price. it is too pricey and most importantly, avoid confusing promotions. and another thing about this kbox, please please update the songs. some of the songs are not updated. the current prepared songs are good but there are songs that are not updated. 10 years left behind. please improve.

Their customer service was so bad. Please don't go there or else you will regret. The guy who is working there/owns the place has a freaking bad attitude!
