Went at 10am to apply for a tourist visa. Took about 30 mins to go through the formalities. Collected the visa by 4pm! Very polite, friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. Make sure you have all your documents - passport, photo, details of flights and hotels, and a copy of a recent bank statement (they accept downloads), and have the correct money (RM210). Couldn't be more straightforward.

Applied today for the 60-day visit visa (type B211-A). Got there at 9am just after the opening, received a form to fill in and a queue number. By 10am I'd handed in all the papers: return ticket (bus is ok!), bank statement (they check the balance), hotel booking (1 night is enough), a recent photo, and the form. Paid at the next counter in MYR (210 ringgit). Collected my passport with the visa at 3pm same day. Great service!
