I frequently used this bus travel frm kch btlu kch.. Statified with the service.. One of the best vip.. On time departure n arrival.. But might bit late due to pan borneo construction along the journey. Kkep it up mtc team.

Extremely poor organization. During my journey back from Bintulu to Sibu, there are some dysfunctioning of the bas. Shockingly, they just dropped the passengers on Tatao and the bas fee is unrefundable, yet demand the passengers to get abroad on any bus that pass through Tatao during that time, yet have to pay fees for the bus AGAIN. Those who don't wish to do so, even get scolded by the bus crew. Such an irresponsible and neglectful choice!! Undeniably worst!

Booked online for 8am from bintulu to miri. But was told reschedule to 8.45am and online system is not updated. But worst case is, the bus is delayed for more than 1 hour and no announcement and update was made.
