Reserve & pay for Premium Room but reception tell me the room are full and change with another spooky room and can't change. Hotel amenities is very disappointing, shower not working and no solution, the room key are broken and we go out without locking our room (so we bring our luggage with us)...very bad experienceud83dudc4e

the room is spacious, but the TV is not working, dirty toilet, dirty swimming pool, although we got a good price.
