UPT Labuhan Badas Puskesmas Unit II or more popularly known as Sebotok Puskesmas is a health service unit in the Very Remote category. Sebotok Health Center was built in 2019 by the Sumbawa Regency Government and began operating in 2020. The Health Center is located in the Sebotok Hamlet, Sebotok Village, Kec. Labuhan Badas, which is about 2 nautical miles from the city of Sumbawa, takes about 6 hours by sea from the city of Sumbawa Besar if using a passenger boat (ferry), while for a health boat (Pusling Air) is only 1 hour.

The first puskesmas on Moyo island. A very remote area. Public transportation to come here is by sea transportation from Sumbaw Island, which is a medium size wooden boat with 2 20 PK engines.
