Everyone is hyping this place. Sorry, but not that great of a place. Need to work on many things!nnAs reviewed by many people, the service is still lacking. Management is a mess, whether it's the timing, the tidiness of the place or the human resources.nnThe visiting time even ran out when placing an order. Instead of giving the menu, the paper and pens are given to each visitor to write down their respective orders, instead the employees write them down. This is very ineffective, not to mention that the employees are busy themselves and they are insensitive to which visitors come to order first. Hospitality is also rarely found.nnNot only did the ordering take a long time, the cooking took a very long time too. I think there are not enough chefs, in fact most of the employees write down the orders.

For the comfort of the place, it is quite comfortable and gives a new atmosphere in Sape. The only minus is in the service, because usually long orders are served and sometimes they don't even come.

Twice to Kaloka Kafe, the service is still very unsatisfactory. Orders are super long and sometimes they don't come even though I already paid.
