I asked for a flower arrangement with Ohio State colors for $100 out the door. The arrangement was beautiful it had the Ohio State colors and ribbon, to date it is the best flower arrangement I have purchased from any florist. Nice work!!

I would never recommend this florist. I ordered a balloon arrangement for a friends birthday and it arrived 2 days late. The card attached was not what I requested and my balloons were supposed to be upgraded because they were late and they were not. This was a horrible experience. They are completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I grew up in Cleveland, but no longer live there. Been a customer forever & call Nela Florists to this day! Always easy to work with, fantastic customer service and beautiful arrangements! I wish they had a location here in Michigan. I love the personal touches .
