One of the waterfalls in Pagaralam. Located about 40 minutes from the city center of Pagaralam, this natural tourist attraction became popular and was visited by many people in 2014, when tourism support facilities, such as stairs, seating buildings, and food stalls, were just built by the local government. Even though the stairs and paths leading to the waterfall were well built, nevertheless, now these tourist attractions are deserted by visitors, supporting facilities and surroundings are poorly maintained, trees and shrubs growing around the waterfalls and buildings, and lots of garbage in the river below waterfalls, which are stranded on rocks. Too bad, because if the facilities and environment are well maintained, visitors will surely come.

Curup Pintu Langit (literally means sky door's waterfall) it's another Waterfall of Pagaralam Regency. Located 34 minutes west from the city, this Waterfall is easy to access. From the main road of Pagaralam - Manna, the journey continue via a small road yet smooth and well maintenanced at Muara Siban. There's no road directions here, but the waterfall itself is easy to find, there's a gateway with it's name. From the gate, we'll take a stairway down about 10 minutes.nUnlike the Curup Maung, they already made a permanent stairway here, two buildings are located near the valley, I assume they are public facilities, perhaps a restroom and a cafetaria (they were closed when I got there).nAs for the waterfall, it height is about 20-25 meters with a huge water debit, the waterfall placed at a narrow valley and continue as a small river which nearly have no river bank. The sole access to get close to the waterfall is via the river.nAs a tourist attraction, the waterfall area are not maintenanced properly, the public facilities are not attended and started to fail, litter is all over the place.
