Terrible service, they clearly did mistake in my pre order, not even a single sorry coming from the employee’s mouth. . Was pre ordering iPhone 12promax, was talking to the admin of their so-called “hello 12” in December, 11th and by him, its already confirmed that they kept one for me by showing the form under my name. . I then came the next 2 days to the store, intended to close the bill, and they said its sold out, the admin of the “hello 12” called me, saying i came too late and blah blah and not even A SORRY???nI even bought the iPhone 11 from them last year, bought some accessories for several times from them, and this is how they treated the regular customer?nShamed on you. . You guys selling SERVICE which HOSPITALITY supposed to come first!

MacBook fixed under warranty. It took a month for the parts to arrive from Singapore. Hopefully this system will be improved in the future. In the meantime, I would suggest customers obtain parts themselves if at all possible. For example, if you want a battery changed out, order the new one through an online retailer and bring it in to iBox to have it installed. Technicians seem quite able.
