We had a really nice stay. Clean room, good wifi, friendly and helpful staffs (the owner is also very nice and friendly). Location is good, full of nice places to drink, eat and chill out on that street. Breakfast is good too. (what I like the most is they have water dispenser on every floor)

This hotel service is very helpful and i like it. The place is very tidy, clean, lovely, and price is cheapest among another hotel on this area. 5 minutes to malioboro, 1 minutes to convince stocks, restaurants, bar, etc. But, main road on the front of hotel is one way, 3 meters wide road, 2 car parking lots, 10 motorcycle parking lot. This hotel had a 3 floor which only fit for 9 rooms.

The room is very clean, and they have balcony for each room. Good hotel for the people who are looking for a cheap but cozy place

The best affordable hotel on the street.nPlus: It is easy to locate. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot shower. Free breakfast delivered to your room. They clean your room every day. The staffs are nice and friendly, they mostly able to speak English. Easy check-in and check-out process. They offer tour packages and motorcycles rental.nClose to many various restaurants, cafes, minimarket, ATMs, gelateria. On an area called as tourist area so you'll meet many fellow travelers here.nnMinus: limited parking lot area, if you bring a car it would be good to reserve a spot for parking before you come. Since it is very close to the road and the road itself is quite crowded, you can easily hear traffic. During the night, the sound from the live bands on nearby cafe/restaurant will also be heard. Try to book the upper most rooms, so the noise can toned down a bit. Don't leave your helmet/jackets outside or around the parking lot, they tend to get stolen.
