A restaurant that have a nice view, but not serving lot kinds of food

Well, the place itself with very beautiful view and neat. But the food choice is poor. Menu isn't that good, dont have many choice.

I know the got a great view by the gardens and scenery, and the concept of the coffee is also great,nbut the foods, yes the foods are pretty bad, we ordered some kinda fried chicken (15k) for 3 people, but they just delievered it just on one plate, I was quite shocked at first, I thought it was for 1 person only, but it wasn't. And the chicken was very very tiny. I don't care if it would be expensive or nope, I still can afford it, but please also give the worthy one. For me as the first impression coming here with friends were very very unpleasant.
