Lampuuk Beach in Aceh Besar is indeed one of the best marine tourist destinations in Aceh Besar. It has even become a major tourist destination for the people of Banda Aceh. However, who would have thought, if the beach, which is always crowded with visits every week, has so many stories to tell.nnNot many people know that this beach is a Turtle Conservation Area. In fact, some rare turtles still make the area a nesting location. There are two types of rare turtles that often lay eggs on the coast of Aceh Besar, the leatherback turtle and the Lekang turtle that need to be conserved.
